COVID-19 Operational Changes

Although the Governor of Pennsylvania has enacted a shelter from home mandate, The Office Quarters will remain open to provide essential mail and telephone answering services to support our clients. Mail pick-up is available during our limited hours 9:30am-3pm Monday-Friday but will remain available 24/7 for clients with security access. We will continue to provide private office space to our clients whose services have been categorized as essential by the State.


On-demand hourly offices and meeting spaces may be booked using our Client Portal which you may access via our website ( then select Client Login. However, use of these shared venues is at your own risk until further notice. We recommend that social distancing and COVID-19 safety protocols be followed closely. Face masks are being required to enter The Office Quarters.


To ensure a safe environment for our valued clients we are taking the proper precautions to clean and disinfect all common areas regularly. We are providing hand sanitizer, anti-bacterial soap and sanitizing wipes to all clients and guests as another precaution per the recommendations of the WHO and CDC.

We are monitoring this fluid situation daily and will be making adjustments to our services as needed. We will continue to be here to support your business in the safest possible way.
